Abstract
Objective The environmental issues at my mine are getting worse. The ability to identify the characteristics of ecological environmental quality changes is a crucial component of mine management. Method In order to analyze the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of the ecological environment quality in the Qian'an mining area from 1990 to 2020, the remote sensing ecological index (RSEI) was used. This index was combined with the CA-Markov model to predict the ecological environment quality in 2025 and investigate its influencing factors. Result The findings revealed that: (1) Between 1990 and 2020, the general ecological and environmental quality of the Qian 'an mining region was at a medium level, with an average RSEI of 0.58 to 0.72. (2) The natural environment quality of the Qian'an mining region increased before 2000 and varied after that, with the sharpest loss occurring between 2005 and 2010. (3) The average RESI of the Qian 'an Mining Area is predicted to be 0.622 in 2025, and the natural environment quality will improve to some amount. (4) The evolution of ecological environment quality in the Qian'an mining region is the outcome of land use change and policy considerations. In order to more effectively repair the mine ecological environment, attention should be given to developing a guided mine ecological restoration model. Conclusion The research findings can serve as a scientific foundation for the creation of ecological environmental protection policies in the Qian'an mining region.
