Abstract
Objective To mainly summarize the research progress on the development and utilization of iron, titanium and phosphorus resources and the beneficiation separation process in Chengde ultra-low vanadium-titanium magnetite. Method Through literature review, the current research status of iron, titanium and phosphorus beneficiation in Chengde ultra-low vanadium-titanium magnetite is analyzed, and the existing technical situation of the development and utilization of Chengde ultra-low vanadium-titanium magnetite is systematically sorted out. Result At present, the development of ultra-poor vanadium-titanium magnetite in Chengde area has reached a certain scale. The mainstream iron separation process adopts the combined process of strong magnetic - flotation, and is equipped with technologies such as high-pressure roller grinding, dry/wet pre-selection, stage grinding and stage weak magnetic separation. Phosphorus selection mainly relies on coarse and fine classification - flotation process, but the overall comprehensive utilization level is relatively low, and the recovery problem of fine-grained titanium and phosphorus minerals has not been effectively solved. Conclusion Subsequently, research on microbubble flotation processes for fine-grained titanium and phosphate minerals should be carried out, high-selectivity collectors should be developed, and the flotation reagent system should be optimized, so as to achieve efficient and comprehensive utilization of ultra-poor vanadium-titanium magnetite resources.
