    Numerical Simulation Research Status of Desulfurization, Denitrification and Recycling of Sintering Flue Gas

    • Objective The issue of sintering flue gas emission reduction in the iron and steel industry has always attracted much attention. However, due to the difficulties in equipment maintenance and high processing costs in actual operation, numerical simulation has become the main means of optimizing sintering flue gas emission reduction technology. Compared with traditional experiments, numerical simulation has higher efficiency and better applicability. Method The principle of sintering flue gas emission reduction technology is analyzed, and its research direction is divided into three aspects: SCR numerical simulation research, desulfurization process numerical simulation research and sintering flue gas circulation numerical simulation research. ResultThe processing methods of different models are reviewed, and the system optimization is summarized. In addition, the development trend of combining simulation technology with artificial intelligence technology to establish a more efficient emission reduction mechanism and technology digital platform is expected to achieve intelligent control and refined operation. ConclusionIn the field of sintering flue gas treatment, numerical simulation is a very important research direction, of which results are great significance for improving the efficiency of sintering flue gas emission reduction, reducing environmental pollution, and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction.
