    • The vanadium-titanium magnetite in Honggenan mining area is mostly olivine-type ore, with a wide variety of mineral composition, and complex mineral intercalation characteristics and structure. Its vanadium-iron concentrate product has a low TFe grade, only 54.08%, with TiO2 The grade is 12.55%, the main gangue minerals are olivine and pyroxene. Therefore, this article has carried out experimental research on various equipment and processes for the ferro-vanadium concentrate, and finally adopted two process schemes of “fine grinding-deep selection” and “fine grinding-new type composite force field selection machine”. Reasonable quality improvement and impurity reduction process for concentrate. When the grinding fineness is -400 mesh accounting for 87.67%, the fine grinding-deep beneficiation process can obtain the TFe grade of the vanadium iron concentrate 56.21%, and the recovery rate is 95.68%; the fine grinding-new composite force field concentrator is selected The process can obtain the indexes of 56.48% ferro-vanadium concentrate grade, 97.33% TFe recovery rate, and 11.88% TiO2 grade. This technical solution has very important practical significance for the quality improvement and impurity reduction of ferro-vanadium concentrate in Hongge area.
