Experimental study of denitration of sintering flue gas using activated coke at low temperature

    • According to the mechanism of NOx can be adsorbed and catalysed by loaded NH3 activated coke, studies on the removal of NOx from sintering flue gas at low temperature using actived coke was conducted. This experiment using simulated sintering flue gas probes into the flue gas flow rate, reaction temperature, the amount of activated coke and the reaction time which influence the adsorption catalytic of active coke. The experimental results show that, when the flow from 50ml/min to 200ml/min, the NOx removal rate decreased gradually, this indicates the more the flow, the low the NOx removal rate; When the experimental reaction temperature varied from 100?C to 200?C, the NO removal rate after stable was almost equal; And for the amount of activated coke quantity increasing from 60g to120g, the amount of activated coke of 120g had the best denitrification effect. But the denitrification effect of other different amount of activated coke was all almost 90% when the reaction ibecame stable.
