The dressing process of copper from low-grade complex refractory copper lead zinc ore

    • Sichuan has more than half a century of mining history。Their mineral resources are rich but the ore structure is complex. The phenomenon of mineral symbiosis is serious. The ore belongs refractory ore. Due to the change in the ore properties, in copper ore grade is 0.5%, copper concentrate copper grade 17.61%, lead and zinc impurities 24.21%, 40.26% copper recovery, we on the basis of the existing process, through the adjustment of reagent dosage and adding sodium sulfide, technical innovation, and compared to the previous main copper concentrate grade increased 2.65 percent, lead and zinc impurities reduces the 12.4 percentage points, copper recovery rate 35.02 percent higher.
