    Stage-grinding and separation process optimization of Sishanling iron ore in Liaoning

    • Ore dressing processes consisting of stage grinding-stage high gradient high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation were applied for a high-silica low-grade hematite ore discovered recently in Liaoning. In this study, the effect of magnetic separation and reverse flotation on the optimization of products obtained from the ore was investigated. And the result shows a significant upgrade of TFe, Iron concentrations greater than 66.50%, and the recovery over 87.67%. Ideal technical indicators are achieved, and the iron ore resources will be effective used in future.
