Experimental study on an iron ore in Subei Gansu

Iron’s dissemination size was fine in red iron ore, particle-size distribution was under 70um,magnetic minerals was 64.29%,low intensity magnetic minerals was up to 30.68%. So it was hard to separate effectively this iron. On ore properties and By three grinding- low intensity magnetic separation- roasting after high intensity magnetic separation for discarding tailings of midding -low intensity magnetic separation after regrinding , the iron ore concentrate of 63.50% Fe was obtained with the recovery of 52.73%, producing iron concentrate of 41.85% Fe was obtained with the recovery of 28.87%.
