    Recycling Chromium from High-speed Steel Grinding Dust by Metal-thermic Process

    • 摘要: 采用金属热法回收高速钢磨屑中铬,在分析冶炼再生合金原料原理的基础上,提出了回收铬的工艺路线,并研究了还原剂、萤石、硝酸钠、单位热效应对铬回收率的影响,以及合金中硅的变化行为。结果表明:该回收工艺可行,当精选磨屑为100g,还原剂硅为26g,硝酸钠为10g,萤石为7g,炉料单位热效应为2180kJ/kg左右,炉料预热温度控制在300℃时,铬的回收率达45%,冶炼回收的产品中硅含量低于2.0%,能满足炼钢生产要求。该技术对炼钢废物进行了综合利用,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: The chromium was recycled from high-speed steel grinding dust by metal-thermic process in this paper.The technological process of recycling chromium was proposed based on analyzing the principle of smelting theregenerated alloy materials.The effect of reducing agent,fluorite,sodium nitrate and the unit thermal effect on the recovery were discussed,and the changes of silicon in the recycled alloy were also investigated.The result showed that the recycling process was practicable.When the grinding dust was ab...
