含钒钢渣湿法提钒工艺研究进展

    Research Progress on Hydrometallurgical Vanadium Extraction Process from Vanadium-bearing Steel Slags

    • 摘要: 含钒钢渣是一种具有较高利用价值的二次资源。本文主要对含钒钢渣湿法提钒工艺的研究进展进行综述,重点从钠化焙烧—浸出提钒、直接酸浸提钒、直接碱浸提钒、净化回收等四个方面进行介绍,最后指出了该领域目前的研究热点,针对该领域的研究现状以及存在的问题,对未来的研究方向提出了建议,以期为开发清洁高效的提钒工艺提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The vanadium-bearing steel slag is a secondary resource with high utilization value. This article provides a review on the recent progress of hydrometallurgical vanadium extraction from vanadium-containing steel slags, focusing on the four aspects: sodium roasting-leaching process, direct acid leaching, direct alkali leaching, purification and recovery, and finally points out the current research hotpots in this field. According to the research status and existing problems, some suggestions for future research directions are put forward to, so as to provide a reference for the development of a clean and efficient vanadium extraction process.
