Abstract:
An exploration experiment was carried out on the flotation of low-grade scheelite in a polymetallic tailing in Henan. The minelogical characteristics of the tailings process show that the scheelite content of the sample is 0.059%, which is slightly lower than the boundary grade. The scheelite is a valuable recovery component in the tailings. The comprehensive recovery test adopts the flotation process, rough selection and pre-enrichment - heating and drug removal - dilution and selection. Through a small closed-circuit test, the final result is 0.14% of the scheelite, the tungsten grade of 30.99%. The rate of 76.94% is the technical index of beneficiation. This study realises the efficient recovery of tungsten in tailings, which provides a reference for the recovery and utilization of polymetallic tailings of the same type.
