河南某多金属浮选尾矿综合回收钨实验

    Flotation Study on One Kind of Low-grade Tailing of a Certain Polymetallic Mine in Henan Province

    • 摘要: 以河南某多金属尾矿为实验原料,对其低品位钨进行浮选探索实验。该实验原料矿石性质显示,试样钨的含量为0.059%,略低于边界品位,是尾矿中的有价回收组分;综合回收实验采用浮选工艺,分选工艺采用粗选预富集-加温脱药-稀释精选;通过小型闭路实验,最终获得钨精矿产率0.14%、钨品位30.99%、钨回收率76.94%的选矿技术指标。本研究实现了尾矿中钨的高效回收,为同类型多金属尾矿回收利用提供了借鉴。

       

      Abstract: An exploration experiment was carried out on the flotation of low-grade scheelite in a polymetallic tailing in Henan. The minelogical characteristics of the tailings process show that the scheelite content of the sample is 0.059%, which is slightly lower than the boundary grade. The scheelite is a valuable recovery component in the tailings. The comprehensive recovery test adopts the flotation process, rough selection and pre-enrichment - heating and drug removal - dilution and selection. Through a small closed-circuit test, the final result is 0.14% of the scheelite, the tungsten grade of 30.99%. The rate of 76.94% is the technical index of beneficiation. This study realises the efficient recovery of tungsten in tailings, which provides a reference for the recovery and utilization of polymetallic tailings of the same type.
