聚醚胺浮选法提取金矿中的铁

    Iron Recovery from a Gold Ore by Floatation Method with Polyether Amine

    • 摘要: 【目的】为探究采用聚醚胺及混合捕收剂浮选法对四川某金矿中铁元素进行分离的效果。【方法】通过物相与元素分析确定矿石组成,采用单一聚醚胺D-2000捕收剂、聚醚胺—油酸钠混合捕收剂浮选实验以及硫酸酸溶实验,考查不同条件下上浮产物全铁含量与质量占比。【结果】单一捕收剂浮选实验利用聚醚胺D-2000为捕收剂,聚醚胺D-2000用量为2 mL(0.1 mol/L), pH值为1时,上浮产物全铁含量达到47.5%,表明聚醚胺可以实现金矿中选铁。聚醚胺—油酸钠混合捕收剂浮选实验表明,油酸钠的加入进一步提高上浮产物、下沉产物的分离率。在pH=5时,混合捕收剂浮选后的上浮质量占比比单一捕收剂浮选后的上浮质量占比增加了30.2%。全铁含量增加了0.7%。说明混合捕收剂浮选效果优于单独使用聚醚胺。硫酸酸溶实验表明,固液比为1∶10时全铁含量较高达到30.93%。【结论】采用聚醚胺D-2000作捕收剂可有效分离金矿中的铁元素,加入油酸钠形成混合捕收剂能进一步提高上浮产物的质量占比和全铁含量,浮选效果优于单一捕收剂。

       

      Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of separating iron elements in a gold mine in Sichuan by using polyetheramine and mixed collector flotation method. Method The composition of the ore was determined through phase and elemental analysis. Flotation experiments using a single polyetheramine D-2000 collector, a mixed polyetheramine-sodium oleate collector, and sulfuric acid dissolution experiments were conducted to investigate the total iron content and mass proportion of the floating products under different conditions. Result In the flotation experiment with a single collector, polyetheramine D-2000 was used as the collector. When the dosage of polyetheramine D-2000 was 2 mL(0.1 mol/L) and the pH value was 1, the total iron content of the floating product reached 47.5%, indicating that polyetheramine can achieve iron separation in gold mines. The flotation experiment of the polyetheramine - sodium oleate mixed collector shows that the addition of sodium oleate further improves the separation rate of the floating products and the sinking products. When pH=5, the proportion of the floating mass after flotation with a mixed collector increased by 30.2% compared with that after flotation with a single collector. The total iron content increased by 0.7%. It is indicated that the flotation effect of the mixed collector is superior to that of using polyetheramine alone. The sulfuric acid dissolution experiment shows that when the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶10, the total iron content reaches a maximum of 30.93%. Conclusion The use of polyetheramine D-2000 as a collector can effectively separate iron elements from gold ores. Adding sodium oleate to form a mixed collector can further increase the mass proportion and total iron content of the floating products, and the flotation effect is superior to that of a single collector.
