钢渣沥青混凝土低碳应用及安定性提升技术发展现状

    Low-carbon Application of Steel Slag Asphalt Concrete and its Stability Improvement Technology Status

    • 摘要: 【目的】钢渣作为钢铁冶炼的副产物,具有产量大、凝胶性能好等优势,可有效缓解我国交通基础建设所需的优质天然石料的供应压力。【方法】以铁矿石冶炼的副产物钢渣为研究对象,针对钢渣在沥青混凝土中应用存在的问题,对钢渣沥青混凝土应用情况及安定性能提升技术分别进行了论述。【结果】与国外发达国家相比,目前国内钢渣沥青混凝土总体发展缓慢,钢渣沥青混凝土应用占比低。究其原因,主要在于钢渣的安定性能不稳定。国内熔融钢渣高效罐式有压热闷处理技术可改善钢渣安定性能,但处理效果不稳定。碳酸化技术和微生物提升技术较为前沿且潜力大,符合我国“双碳”目标的实施。【结论】建议加强优质钢渣的筛选技术研发,同时攻克钢渣碳酸化效率低的技术难题,以改变钢渣无法大规模在沥青混凝土中应用的现状。

       

      Abstract: Objective As a byproduct of iron and steel smelting, steel slag has the advantages of large yield and good gel properties, which can effectively relieve the supply pressure of high-quality natural stone needed for transportation infrastructure construction in China. Method This article takes steel slag as the research object, which is a by-product of iron ore smelting. In view of the application of steel slag in asphalt concrete, the application situation of steel slag asphalt concrete and the improvement technology of stability are discussed. Result Compared with the developed countries, the overall development of steel slag asphalt concrete is slow, and the proportion of steel slag asphalt concrete application is low. The main reason lies in the bad stability of steel slag. Carbonation technology and microbial enhancement technology are more advanced and have great potential, which are in line with the implementation of China's dual carbon strategy. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the research and development of screening technology of high quality steel slag and overcome the technical problem of low carbonation efficiency of steel slag, so as to change the current situation that steel slag can not be used in asphalt concrete.
