响应曲面在某铅锌矿浮选因素交互作用中的应用

    Application of Response Surface to the Interaction of Flotation Factors in a Lead-zinc Mine

    • 摘要: 【目的】针对石灰会造成回水碱性过高,设备管道钙化结垢严重等问题,【方法】对适用于低碱抑硫浮锌工艺的高效选锌捕收剂、抑制剂和活化剂进行响应曲面分析。在单因素实验的基础上,建立响应曲面数学模型,考查硫胺酯类选锌捕收剂EMS-003、硫抑制剂EMY-30以及活化剂硫酸铜在某铅锌矿中浮选因素的交互作用。【结果与结论】交互作用中硫酸铜用量与捕收剂EMS-003用量的交互作用对品位影响最显著,硫酸铜用量与抑制剂EMY-30用量的交互作用对回收率影响最为显著。以铅尾为实验原矿,开展一粗两精两扫的闭路验证实验,在铅尾锌品位为2.60%的条件下,经一粗两精两扫的闭路流程实验获得了锌品位为42.92%,回收率为98.19%的锌精矿。

       

      Abstract: Object In order to solve the problems of high alkalinity in return water and strong calcification and scaling in equipment and pipeline caused by lime, Method the response surface analysis of high efficient zinc collector inhibitors, and activators suitable for zinc flotation process with low alkalinity and sulfur inhibition was carried out, a response surface model was established to investigate the interaction of flotation factors in a lead-zinc mine. Result&Conclusion The interaction between copper sulfate and collector EMS-003 had the most significant effect on the grade, the interaction between the amount of copper sulfate and the amount of EMY-30 had the most significant effect on the recovery. A closed-circuit verification test was carried out with the lead tail as the test raw ore. The zinc grade of the lead tail is 42.92% at the condition of the zinc grade of 2.60%, the recovery of zinc concentrate is 98.19%.
