金红石浮选捕收剂作用机理研究现状与展望

    Research Status and Prospect of the Action Mechanism of Rutile Flotation Collectors

    • 摘要: 【目的】钛是一种具有重要战略意义的金属,而金红石是主要且最具有开发利用价值的含钛矿物。但金红石天然可浮性较差,且通常与多种金属共生并掺杂多类脉石矿物,使其分离过程复杂。探究浮选捕收剂的作用机理并研制高效捕收剂已经成为金红石浮选的研究重点。【方法】本文介绍了金红石的浮选原理及捕收剂种类,对金红石浮选捕收剂在矿物表面的吸附机理以及复合捕收剂的协同效应的研究进行了综述,【结果&结论】归纳对比不同浮选药剂的优缺点,并分析了金红石捕收剂理论研究的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Objective Titanium is a kind of metal with important strategic significance, and rutile is the main and most valuable titanium-bearing mineral. However, rutile has poor natural floatability, and is usually associated with many metals and doped with many gangue minerals, which makes the separation process complicated. Exploring the mechanism of flotation collector and developing high efficiency collectors have become the focus of rutile flotation research. Method This article introduces the principle of rutile flotation and the types of collectors, summarizes the adsorption mechanism of rutile flotation collector on mineral surface and the synergistic effect of composite collectors, Result&Conclusion summarizes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different flotation agents, and analyzes the development direction of rutile collector theory research.
