Zn2+-单宁酸组合抑制剂对萤石、方解石浮选分离的研究

    Effect of Zn2+ and Tannic Acid as Combination Inhibitors on the Flotation Separation of Fluorite and Calcite

    • 摘要: 【目的】共伴生型萤石矿具有嵌布粒度细和伴生情况复杂的特点,开发一种环保的高效抑制剂对萤石分选具有重要意义。【方法】针对萤石和方解石,通过单矿物浮选实验,确定了Zn2+-单宁酸组合抑制剂在油酸钠捕收剂体系下的较佳质量比、用量和pH值条件。通过吸附量测试、Zeta电位测试、UV-Vis测试和XPS测试对Zn2+-单宁酸组合抑制剂选择性抑制方解石的机理进行解释。【结果】浮选实验结果表明,Zn2+-单宁酸组合抑制剂在中性和弱碱性条件下,选择性抑制方解石的能力强于单宁酸,两种矿物回收率差异由56.51%提高至80.01%。吸附量测试、Zeta电位测试、UV-Vis测试结果表明,组合抑制剂中的Zn2+-单宁酸络合物能够选择性吸附在方解石表面;XPS结果表明Zn2+-单宁酸络合物在方解石表面的吸附强于单宁酸。【结论】该研究对方解石型萤石矿的高效分离提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: Objective The co-associated fluorite ore has the characteristics of fine embedding particle size and complex associated conditions. Developing an environmentally friendly and efficient inhibitor is of great significance for fluorite sorting. Method This article focuses on the fluorite and calcite, the optimal ratio, dosage, and pH value conditions of Zn2+-tannic acid combination inhibitor in the sodium oleate collector system were determined through single mineral flotation experiments. The mechanism of selective inhibition of calcite by Zn2+-tannic acid combination inhibitors was explained through adsorption capacity testing, Zeta potential testing, UV-Vis testing, and XPS testing. Result The flotation test results show that compared to tannic acid, the Zn2+-tannic acid combination inhibitor has a stronger ability to selectively inhibit calcite at neutral and weakly alkaline conditions. The difference in recovery rates between the two minerals increased from 56.51% to 80.01%. The results of adsorption capacity tests, Zeta potential tests, and UV-Vis tests indicate that Zn2+- tannic acid complexes in combination inhibitors can selectively adsorb on the surface of calcite. The XPS results indicate that the adsorption of Zn2+- tannic acid complex on the surface of calcite is stronger than that of tannic acid. Conclusion This study provides a reference for the efficient separation of calcite type fluorite ores.
