    • 摘要: 矿浆温度作为矿物浮选过程中的一个重要操作参数,对浮选效果具有显著影响。【目的】为系统研究矿浆温度对矿物浮选效果的影响机理,并探索通过合理调控温度来优化浮选过程、提高浮选效率的方法。【方法】文章系统地归纳了矿浆温度对矿浆性质、矿物表面、浮选药剂及气泡行为的影响规律,并据此提出优化建议。【结果】首先,提高矿浆温度会降低矿浆黏度,进而促进矿物与浮选剂之间的接触频率和反应速率。其次,矿浆温度的升高可以提高矿物表面活性,增加矿物与浮选剂之间的吸附和结合能力,有助于提高浮选效果,增加矿物的回收率。此外,矿浆温度的升高会减弱矿物与气泡之间库仑相互作用能,促进气泡与矿物的附着和上浮,进而提高浮选速率和回收率。【结论】深入研究矿浆温度对矿物浮选的影响机理对于优化浮选工艺、提高矿物回收率具有重要的理论和实际意义。

       

      Abstract: Pulp temperature, as an important operating parameter in the mineral flotation process, has a significant impact on the flotation effect. Objective To systematically study the influence mechanism of pulp temperature on the flotation effect of minerals and explore methods to optimize the flotation process and improve the flotation efficiency by reasonably regulating the temperature. Method The article systematically summarizes the influence laws of pulp temperature on pulp properties, mineral surface, flotation reagents and bubble behavior, and based on this, puts forward optimization suggestions. Result First of all, increasing the slurry temperature will reduce the slurry viscosity, which in turn will promote the contact frequency and reaction rate between the mineral and the flotation agent. Secondly, the increase of slurry temperature can improve the surface activity of minerals, increase the adsorption and binding capacity between minerals and flotation agents, help to improve the flotation effect and increase the recovery rate of minerals. In addition, the increase of slurry temperature will weaken the Coulomb interaction energy between the mineral and the bubble, promote the attachment and floatation of the bubble and the mineral, and then improve the flotation rate and recovery. Conclusion It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence mechanism of slurry temperature on mineral flotation to optimize the flotation process and improve the recovery rate of minerals.
