金属离子在浮选过程中的作用机理研究现状与展望

    Research Status and Prospect of the Mechanism of Metal Ions in the Flotation Process

    • 摘要: 【目的】由于浮选药剂的添加、选矿用水、矿物的溶解以及流体包裹体释放等原因,浮选矿浆中难免掺杂有许多金属离子。这些金属离子会通过物理或化学吸附的形式吸附在矿物表面,进而改变矿物表面性质;有部分金属离子会直接改变矿浆pH值或消耗浮选药剂。因此,矿浆中的金属离子对浮选过程有显著影响。【方法&结果】本文通过对已有研究的系统总结和归纳,以金属离子为研究对象,详细阐述金属离子与矿物表面的相互作用机制,以及金属离子对浮选效率的影响,【结论】可为后续开展金属离子在浮选中的作用机理的研究以及应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Objective Due to the addition of floating agents, mineral water, the solubility of minerals and the release of fluid parcels, many metal ions are inevitable in flotation. These metal ions are adsorbed on the surface of the mineral through physical or chemical adsorption, thereby changing the surface properties of the mineral surface. Some metal ions will directly change the pH value of the ore or consume flotation agents. Therefore, the metal ions in the slurry have a significant impact on the flotation process. Method&Result Through the existing system summary and induction, taking metal ions as research objects, this article explains the interaction mechanism of metal ions and mineral surfaces in detail, as well as the impact of metal ions on flotation efficiency, Conclusion which can provide a reference for the research and application of metal ions in the floation action mechanism.
