内蒙古某钨矿综合回收工艺优化实验

    Experiment on Optimization of Comprehensive Recovery Process of a Tungsten Ore in Inner Mongolia

    • 摘要: 内蒙古某钨矿中含有萤石资源,由于原工艺脂肪酸法钨浮选过程萤石损失以及磁性脉石影响,导致萤石综合回收率低,萤石精矿品位不足。本研究采用羟肟酸GY109代替脂肪酸,减少了钨浮选过程中的萤石损失,通过强磁抛废减少了磁性脉石对萤石精矿品质的影响。最终获得了WO3品位31.41%,钨回收率80.94%的钨精矿;CaF2品位97.26%,萤石回收率62.73%的萤石精矿。实现了钨的有效回收,同时从尾矿中获得了酸级萤石精矿。通过对含萤石钨矿综合回收工艺进行优化,提高了资源的综合利用率。

       

      Abstract: A tungsten ore in Inner Mongolia contains fluorite resources. Due to the loss of fluorite in the original process of fatty acid tungsten flotation and the influence of magnetic gangue, the comprehensive recovery of fluorite is low and the grade of fluorite concentrate is insufficient. In this study, GY109 hydroxamic acid was used instead of fatty acid to reduce the loss of fluorite in tungsten flotation process, and the influence of magnetic gangue on the quality of fluorite concentrate was reduced by strong magnetic waste disposal. Tungsten concentrate with WO3 grade of 31.41% and tungsten recovery rate of 80.94% and CaF2 fluorite concentrate with grade of 97.26% and fluorite recovery of 62.73% were obtained. Effective recovery of tungsten was realized and acid grade fluorite concentrate was obtained from the tailings.By ptimizing the comprehensive recovery process of tungsten ore containing fluorite the comprehensive utilization rate of resources was improved.
