攀西地区某风化壳型钒钛磁铁矿综合选矿实验

    Comprehensive Mineral Processing of the Weathered Crust Vanadium-titanium Magnetite in Panxi Region

    • 摘要: 【目的】为了对攀西地区的风化壳型钒钛磁铁矿进行综合利用研究,保障中国钒钛铁资源的可持续发展,【方法】本研究以工艺矿物学分析方法为基础,探讨了攀西地区某风化壳型钒钛磁铁矿中的化学组分与矿物组成等内容。此外,分别对辉石岩型与辉长岩型的风化原矿进行了“干抛预选-阶磨阶选-细磨深选”等一系列选铁流程实验。【结果与结论】最终获得TFe品位为58.35%、TFe回收率为72.27%的辉石岩型铁精矿Ⅱ与TFe品位为58.13%、TFe回收率为33.70%的辉长岩型铁精矿Ⅱ,实现了高品质钒钛铁精矿的综合回收。

       

      Abstract: Objective In order to conduct comprehensive utilization research on the weathering crust type vanadium-titanium magnetite in the Panxi Area, and ensure the sustainable development of vanadium-titanium iron resources in China, Method this study is based on the analysis methods of process mineralogy, investigating the chemical composition and mineral composition of the weathered crust vanadium-titanium magnetite ore in Panxi Region. In addition, a series of iron separation process experiments were conducted on the pyroxenite-type and gabbro-type weathered run-of-mine ores, including ‘dry throwing preselection-staged-grinding and staged-dressing-fine-grinding and deep-processing’. Result&Conclusion Ultimately, high-quality vanadium-titanium iron concentrates were obtained, with a TFe grade of 58.35% and a TFe recovery of 72.27% for the pyroxenite-type iron concentrate II, as well as a TFe grade of 58.13% and a TFe recovery of 33.70% for the gabbro-type iron concentrate II, achieving comprehensive recovery of high-quality vanadium-titanium iron concentrates.
