    Selectivity Test of a Vein Quartz Mine in Sichuan

    • 摘要: 【目的】在全球科技革命和高端制造升级的推动下,高纯石英作为半导体等战略材料的需求大幅增长。为降低原料对外依存风险,需筛选国产高纯化脉石英等替代原料。【方法】针对四川某脉石英样品,评估其可选性,并采用“破碎制砂-磁选-浮选-酸浸”工艺进行提纯,【结果】实验获得纯度为99.998%的高纯石英砂。【结论】结合矿物组成、嵌布特征、物理与化学选矿过程中的显微形貌及化学成分等方面的综合分析,该样品符合高端石英砂标准,可用作光伏坩埚外层砂。

       

      Abstract: Objective Driven by the global technological revolution and the upgrading of high-end manufacturing, the demand for high-purity quartz as a strategic material for semiconductors and others has increased significantly. To reduce the risk of dependence on foreign raw materials, it is necessary to screen domestic highly purified vein quartz and other alternative raw materials. Method For a sample of vein quartz from Sichuan, its selectivity was evaluated and purified by the process of ‘crushing and sand-making - magnetic separation - flotation - acid leaching’. Result High-purity quartz sand with a purity of 99.998% was obtained in the experiment. Conclusion Based on a comprehensive analysis of mineral composition, distribution characteristics, microscopic morphology and chemical composition during physical and chemical beneficiation processes, this sample meets the standards of high-end quartz sand and can be used as the outer layer sand of photovoltaic crucibles.
