西南地区低品位锰矿综合利用实验

    Comprehensive Utilization Test of Low-grade Manganese Ores in Southwest China

    • 摘要: 【目的】针对西南地区高硅型低品位锰矿开展综合利用实验研究,【方法】采用硫酸熟化浸出的方式,实现硅酸锰矿矿物晶体结构的破坏,促使大部分硅酸锰转化为硫酸锰,进一步对浸出液进行净化除杂制备碳酸锰产品。开展预处理硫酸用量、预处理时间、预处理温度、浸出时间等条件实验,同时采用浸出液开展除铁、除钴及碳酸锰产品制备实验,【结果】最终实现西南地区高硅型低品位锰矿锰浸出率从65.00%左右跃升至86.95%,打通了低品位高硅型锰矿湿法冶金提取-碳酸锰产品制备全流程工艺路线,制备出合格工业级碳酸锰产品。【结论】本研究可为低品位高硅型锰矿资源开发利用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Object Exploratory test research was conducted on the comprehensive utilization of high-silicon low-grade manganese ores from southwest China. Method Through sulfuric acid curing and leaching processes, the crystal structure of manganese silicate minerals was effectively destroyed, enabling most manganese silicate to be converted into manganese sulfate. Subsequent purification and impurity removal from the leachate facilitated the preparation of manganese carbonate products. Systematic condition optimization experiments were performed, including pretreatment sulfuric acid dosage, processing time, preprocessing temperature, and leaching time. Additional exploratory tests focused on iron removal, cobalt elimination, and manganese carbonate synthesis using the leachate. Result This methodology successfully increased manganese leaching efficiency from approximately 65.00% to 86.95% in high-silicon low-grade manganese ores from southwest China. The complete technical route was established, encompassing hydrometallurgical extraction of low-grade high-silicon manganese ores through industrial-grade manganese carbonate production. Conclusion This study can provide a reference for the development and utilization of low-grade high-silicon type manganese ore resources.
