Abstract:
This is a paper in the field of metallurgical engineering. As a technical method to effectively improve the permeability of charge column and reduce the coke ratio, mixed charging of ore and coke is widely used to improve the forward process of blast furnace. In this paper, the reduction and migration behavior of vanadium at different temperatures in the mixed charging process of vanadium titanium ore and coke in blast furnace are studied. The results show that when the temperature is lower than 1350℃, the reduction condition of vanadium in the layer loading area is better than that in the mixed loading area; In the melting zone, vanadium is mainly concentrated at the interface between slag and iron; The formation of magnesium ferrite in the soft melt zone can promote the vanadium to gather near the molten iron, and the basic oxide MgO can promote the migration of V to Fe.
