    海水替代淡水浮选鳞片石墨可行性研究

    Feasibility Study on Flotation of Flake Graphite by Seawater Instead of Freshwater

    • 摘要: 这是一篇矿物加工工程领域的论文。本文通过石墨纯矿物浮选实验来探索海水中主要离子对石墨浮选的影响,实验结果表明:海水中五种主要金属离子对石墨浮选都有一定的促进作用,作用强度Ca2+>Mg2+>Na+>K+>Sr2+,仅有F-与SO42-两种阴离子对石墨浮选有影响,其中SO42-抑制作用较强,F-抑制作用微弱,可忽略不计。

       

      Abstract: This is an article in the field of mineral processing engineering. In this article, the effect of main ions in seawater on graphite flotation is explored by flotation test of graphite pure minerals. The results show that five main metal ions in seawater can promote graphite flotation to a certain extent, with the action intensity of Ca2+ > Mg2+ > Na+ > K+ > Sr2+. Only F- and SO42- anions have an influence on graphite flotation, in which SO42- has a strong inhibiting effect, and F- is relatively weak, which almost can be negligible.
