利用钼尾矿为填料制备反射隔热涂料

    Preparation of Reflective Thermal Insulation Coating with Molybdenum Tailings as Filler

    • 摘要: 这是一篇矿物材料领域的论文。钼尾矿的堆积产生了诸多环境问题,亟待需求综合利用的途径。研究利用钼尾矿为填料,再辅以基料、功能填料和助剂制备建筑外墙反射隔热涂料,旨在实现钼尾矿的高值化利用,并消纳钼尾矿废弃物。通过单因素和正交实验优化确定了外墙反射隔热涂料的较佳配方,对涂层性能进行检测分析,结果表明:涂层的反射率为91.6%,涂层的导热系数为0.062 W/(m∙K),其他性能符合GB/T 25261—2018的要求。

       

      Abstract: This is an article in the field of mineral materials. The accumulation of molybdenum tailings has caused many environmental problems, and there is an urgent need for comprehensive utilization. The study aims to use molybdenum tailings as fillers, supplemented by base materials, functional fillers, and additives to prepare reflective insulation coatings for building exterior walls, with the aim of achieving high-value utilization of molybdenum tailings and depleting molybdenum tailings waste. The optimal formula for exterior wall reflective insulation coating was determined through single factor and orthogonal experimental optimization, and the coating performance was tested and analyzed. The results showed that the reflectivity of the coating was 91.6%, the thermal conductivity of the coating was 0.062 W/(m∙K), and other properties met the requirements of GB/T 25261—2018.
