    氧化锌脱硫技术在锌冶炼尾气处理中的应用优势及其存在的问题

    Application Advantages and Problems of Zinc Oxide Desulfurization Technology in Zinc Smelting Exhaust Gas Treatment

    • 摘要: 随着我国对环保要求的不断严格以及锌冶炼企业的激烈竞争,合理经济的选择尾气脱硫系统可以极大的增强企业在市场中的竞争力。本文将氧化锌脱硫与常规脱硫技术进行了对比,系统分析了氧化锌脱硫技术在锌冶炼中的应用优势,指出其在实际生产中存在的问题并提出了解决措施,对该技术在锌冶炼中的应用提供了一定的理论与实践指导。

       

      Abstract: With the continuous strict environmental protection requirements in our country and the fierce competition of zinc smelting enterprises, a reasonable and economical choice of tail gas desulfurization system can greatly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. This article compares zinc oxide desulfurization with conventional desulfurization technology, systematically analyzes the advantages of zinc oxide desulfurization technology in zinc smelting, points out its problems in actual production, and proposes solutions. The paper provides certain theoretical and practical guidance for zinc oxide desulfurization technology application in zinc smelting enterprises.
