    硫酸铝钾对天然硬石膏水化的激发机理研究

    Study on the Activating Mechanism of Aluminum Potassium Sulfate in the Process of Hydration of Natural Anhydrite

    • 摘要: 本文采用明矾(KA1(SO4)2·12H20)和煅烧明矾(Kal(SO4)2)作为天然硬石膏水化的激发剂,探讨了硫酸铝钾对天然硬石膏水化的激发机理.结果表明:煅烧明矾对天然石膏的水化激发效果更明显,明矾与天然硬石膏生成水化中间产物K2Ca(SO4)2·H2O复盐,煅烧明矾与天然硬石膏生成水化中间产物K2Ca(SO4)2·H2O和K3Ca(SO4)2复盐.明矾加人量为5%时,3d水化率达到45.1%;煅烧明矾加人量为6%时,3d水化率达到61.5%.
