    造球焙烧-低酸浸出五氧化二钒试验研究

    Experimental Research on Leaching V_2O_5 by Palletizing Roasting and Low Acid

    • 摘要: 对某石煤钒矿采用造球焙烧-低酸浸出五氧化二钒试验研究,结果表明:该钒矿在粒度-200目75%造球焙烧预处理,焙砂在硫酸浓度4%、浸出时间1h、矿浆液固比2、常温浸出的条件下,五氧化二钒浸出率可达88.15%。

       

      Abstract: The experimental research on leaching V2O5 by palletizing roasting and low acid was carried on a stone coach vanadium ore.The results show when the vanadium ore is pretreated under the condition of the grinding fineness of 75% passing 200 mesh,the concentration of sulfuric acid is 4%,the ration of liquid to solid is 2,the leaching rate of V2O5 can reach 88.15% under the normal atmospheric temperature.
