    Process Research on Preparation of White Carbon Black from the Acid Leaching Solution of Stone Coal Vanadium Ore

    • 摘要: 针对石煤钒矿酸浸液中硅含量高的特点,采用非离子型絮凝剂将溶液中的SiO2进行絮凝沉淀,同时对溶液进行净化,得到除硅后的含钒酸性溶液,过程中钒损失率<1%。然后将得到的SiO2沉淀进行洗涤、干燥、煅烧,可制备出SiO2含量为94.32%、比表面积为265m2/g、吸油值为2.62ml/g的白炭黑产品,产品主要性能指标符合HG/T 3061-2009沉淀水合二氧化硅的技术要求。

       

      Abstract: According to the characteristics of high silicon content in acid leaching solution of stone coal containing vanadium, the silicon was removed by flocculation and sedimentation through the use of non-ionic flocculant, in the process, vanadium loss rate was less than 1%. Then the white carbon black was prepared by a process consisting of washing, drying and calcining. The SiO2 content in the product is 94.32%, the specific surface area is 265m2/g, oil absorption value is 2.62ml/g, the main performance indicators accord with national standard of HG/T 3061-2009.
