    State and application of cyclonic static microbubble flotation column

    • 摘要: 简要介绍了旋流-静态微泡浮选柱的结构、浮选原理及优缺点,针对该设备的研究进展,从理论研究、计算机模拟及自动化、结构优化研究、机柱联合四个方面进行综述,同时分别总结了该设备在金属矿选矿、选煤及非金属矿选矿中的应用情况。指出该设备未来的几个研究方向,同时指出该设备将更广泛地应用于选矿业。

       

      Abstract: The paper introduced the structure, benefication principles,SAdvantages and disadvantages of the Cyclonic Static Microbubble Flotation Column. Reviewed it from theoretical research,computer simulation and automation, Structure Optimization Study, combination with flotation column and flotation machine.Summarized the application for metal mine benefication,coal dressing and non-metal mine benfication. Indicated the device would be developing towards large-scale and diversified, and more widely used in the benefication of gold mine. Indicated some research directions and indicated that the device would be more widely used in the benefication.
